What is LineHack?

LineHack is a virtual queue management technology that eliminates physical line build-up outside of stores.


How does LineHack work?

Through a combination of reservations made in advance as well as daily standby lines, LineHack allows businesses to take their physical lines and make them entirely virtual, improving customer satisfaction and driving increased retail foot traffic.

- Capacity counter - LineHack is designed to take into account government/store mandated capacity limits during these times. The app will ensure that the store never exceeds the capacity to keep in-store foot traffic controlled. If space is available in the store, this app will automatically notify the next person in the queue that they may immediately enter the store.

- Check-in - tapping on the customers row and following the visual prompts will mark the user as checked in. This also will increment the capacity counter.

- Manually add guest button - if a person is unable to access an online connection to place a reservation, the check-in host can also manually add a person in order to reserve a spot in a virtual line.

- Stats - an hourly breakdown of the number of customers that entered the store that day.
